Q: Do I own my website? Will I have a say in the design process?

A: Absolutely! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Our goal is to please you. We can’t do that without your input.

Q: Can I upgrade the design package I purchased?

A: You can upgrade at any time. Usually our customers start with a smaller package and then move to a bigger package as their needs have changed.

Q: What services do you provide in addition to web design?

A: We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any upgrades. We offer Website Redevelopment, Hosting, Domain Names and Logo Design.

Q: Can you help me update my existing website?

A: Yes, we are more than happy to check your website and give a proper quotation for upgrading it.

Q: How does the payment process work?

A: The project starts with a 50% deposit of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning work, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project.
